Klöckner Hänsel´s machines and installations have the most advanced available technology. They are successfully used world-wide in order to enable our customers to produce high quality candies in an efficient way. Our installations can be configured from an extensive product range, in order to fulfil almost all the production requirements of our customers. In cases where a relevant installation concept is unavailable, our engineers in the CandyLab develop customer-specific solutions. Klöckner Hänsel´s tailor-made installations allow the production of unfilled, centre-filled, aerated, laminated and sugar-free candies, as well as medicated ones. Deposited candies and further specialties are also possible, e.g. milky candies or toffees. Whatever the wold-wide candy market requires: we can offer a reliable and high quality solution to you.

CrossFlow

Continuous production of candy products

For: Crystal-free dissolving, precooking, cooking of sugar-water-glucose slurry

Brief description:

Sucroliner

Continuous manufacturing of hard candy masses

For: production of hard boiled candy, sugar canes and lolli-pops 

Brief description:

  • 60:40 to 40:60: sugar (dry) - glucose (wet) ratio
  • all ranges of basic recipes
  • constant uniform consistency of the tempered sugar mass as basic condition for highly centre-filled candy
  • exact dosage of ingredients and homogeneous merging of volatile active ingredients for the production of medicated and vitamin sweets
  • patented vacuum technology for sugar-free hard boiled candy made from ISOMALT or MALTITOL
  • air injection into the enclosed mixing screw for the production of aerated hard boiled candy replaces large-scale mechanical pulling processes
  • simultaneous production from up to 4 candy masses with different recipes and output e.g. for a direct feeding into the STRADA-forming lines
  • milk hard candy via cooking with permanent vacuum

Rotamat

Continuous rotor cooking system

For: hard and deposited candy, jelly, marshmallow, fondant, bars/foam 

Brief description:

  • no burning to the rotor surface because of steam heated stator

Strada

continuous production line for formed sweets (unfilled, highly filled – liquid or powders) laminated

For: e.g. hard candy, chewy candy, toffee, eclairs

Brief description:

  • production of unfilled up to highly filled quality candy using either chain or rotary dies
  • production of unfilled candy with the rotary die
  • for filling degrees up to 35 %
  • homogeneous sugar rope due to the 4-roller system of the batch former
  • precise centring of the filling mass within the sugar rope through the roller head of the rope sizing machine HZU
  • quick change of the die sets at the forming machine, (max. 1 min.)
  • closed cooling-air circuit
  • high productivity, the output can reach up to 2.000 kg/h of candy depending upon candy size and weight
