The 26DM bunch-wraps round, square, rectangular, oval or heart-shaped pieces of molded or enrobed chocolates in aluminum foil. It has been designed for ease of operation, low running costs and versatility.

Sequence of operations:

Belt-fed machine
The products are manually placed onto the infeed belt of the wrapping machine. (Alternatively, an aligner-feeder can be supplied to automate this process) The infeed belt carries the product to the cross-pusher mechanism, which automatically transfers the products into an open-ended feed plate.

Manually-fed machine

The products are manually placed into the feed plate, which has holes cut into it the size and shape of the product. The feed plate then indexes to the elevator position. The correct length of wrapping material is fed from the reel by paper feeding rollers to a position directly above the product. The wrapping material is cut-off by a pair of scissor-type knives.

At this position the product is elevated through the cut wrapper and through a brush, where the sides of the foil are smoothed around the product. As the product is elevated through the brush, the wrapping wheel arms grip the sides. As the wrapping wheel rotates, the foil is tucked underneath the product by two tuckers to complete the wrapping.

Roll-Wrapping Machine

The A.M.P-Rose TWRC is designed to efficiently collate and wrap confectionery products into a Roll Pack.

Sequence of events:
Product is manually placed into a feed hopper and automatically vibrated into the infeed section of the machine. The collation lanes then form a 'stick' of product, which is then fed, into the wrapping section.

Style of wrapping:

Double-end fantail twist, which can be heat-sealed if desired (Machine shown without feeder)

The A.M.P-Rose Miniflow machine takes a rope of confectionery product, forms and cuts it into the desired size and shape and wraps it in 'Pillow wrap' style. The machine is usually fed directly from an A.M.P-Rose BR42 Batch Roller and RS66/67 Rope Sizer, or an Extruder and Cooling Tunnel.

The machine has been designed to meet the need for a high-speed miniature pillow pack machine for confectionery products such as Toffee, Fruit Chew and Bubble Gum.

Style of wrap:

Pillow pack with crimped end seals and longitudinal fin seal laid flat against the product base. The end seals can be serrated for easy opening.
