The 750FBG is a cut and wrap machine designed to produce end fold wrapped products, usually bubble gums, with or without a comic-strip inner wrapper or sticker.

Styles of wrap:

• Single Point end-fold for bubble gum in square or rectangular shapes (optional comic strip inner or stickers).

The 750W is a cut and wrap machine specially designed for 'Whirl', 'Kiss' or 'Face-cut' pieces, with a design showing in the center of the product. The machine can be produced for either double twist or fold wrapping styles, although it is most common to have double twist style, to show off the product to its best effect.

• Double-end fantail twist for round or oval whirl pieces.

Cut and Wrap Machine

The 750L is a version of the 750 machine designed to cut and wrap square or rectangular shaped lollipops. The machine takes a rope of toffee, fruit chew or hard boiled candy, forms and sizes it to the desired shape and wraps the sweet in various wrapping styles as shown below. The stick is inserted into a pre-made hole after the wrapping has been completed, at the discharge end of the machine.

It sizes, shapes, cuts to length and twist wraps toffee, caramel, fruit chew, bubblegum, or high boiled sugar fed in rope form from a batch feeder or extruder. The machine produces square, rectangular or cylindrical shaped sweets. Further developed and improved by A.M.P-Rose, the machine is now capable of speeds of up to 1000 pieces/minute.

Styles of wrap:

• Fantail twists are formed on the cut faces of the pieces.
• The longitudinal seam, which may be heat-sealed, is on the edge of the piece.
