A.M.P-Rose 5IST
Wrapping Machine

The
5IST is designed to wrap a wide variety of different types
and shapes of sweets, including solid and center filled high boiled
lines, toffees, chocolates, fondants etc. High speeds can be achieved
by using one of the several different automatic feeding arrangements
available.
Styles
of Wrap:
- Double-end
fantail twist,
- Sachet
(including variation cestello),
- Single-point
turned-under fold and crimp.
Machines
can be supplied interchangeable between the first two styles. Machines
supplied for fold wrapping are not readily interchangeable for other
styles. |

| The
5IST/L is a special variation of the well-known A.M.P-Rose
5IST Confectionery Wrapping Machine, which is adapted to the production
of wrapped, rectangular-shaped lollipops. Toffee or other candy materials
are received in the rope form (from a suitable horizontal batch roller
or vertical batch feeder), sized, shaped and cut-to-length; a hole
is then made in one end of the formed piece, a stick is inserted and
the finished lollipop wrapped. |

A.M.P-Rose 7IST Double Twist Wrapping Machine

The
7IST is designed to wrap a wide variety of different types
and shapes of pre-made sweets including solid and center-filled
high boiled lines, in double-end fantail twist style. High speeds
and efficiencies can be achieved by virtue of the feeding system.
Operator conveniences, ease of cleaning and maintenance, and safety
factors have been incorporated in the design.

on the face of the sweet.

| The
7IST/L is a development of the well-proven and successful
71ST double twist-wrapping machine. The 7IST/L has been designed
specifically to wrap pre-formed solid or center filled lollipops,
in double twist style.
Style
of Wrap:
-
Single end fantail twist wrap with a longitudinal seam.
- Unsealed,
on the face of the sweet, and a single twist wrap around sealed
on to the stick.

A.M.P-Rose 7IST/CT Double Twist Wrapping Machine for Chocolates

The
7IST/CT is designed to wrap a wide variety of chocolate enrobed
or molded pieces in double-end twist style. The machine has been
developed from the highly successful 7IST and 7IST/L pre-formed
sweet wrapping machines, and incorporates many of the features and
benefits of its predecessors.The machine is capable of high speeds
and efficiencies, due to its sophisticated feeding system and handles
the products with care, minimizing product damage.
- Standard
Wrap Double-end fantail twist wrap with a longitudinal seam, unsealed,
on the face of the sweet.
- Sealed
Wrap (Cold seal material) Sealed double-end fantail twist wrap
with a fin-seal, on the face of the sweet. Optional 'nick' for
easy un-wrapping.
